Our core business is reglazing work for both our domestic and commercial clients. We also have a busy Retro Double Glazing division. We currently operate from Petone and Kapiti – however we are moving both sites to Porirua in early 2026. Receptionist/Customer Services/Job Manager We are looking for a Front line reception/customer services/Job Manager to join our busy team in Porirua. The position is full time permanent 8am to 4.30pm daily. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills: 1. Have a fantastic phone and face to face manner dealing with both customers and suppliers. 2. Be able to think outside the square. 3. Have a can do, will do attitude. 4. Be a team player, within our supportive working environment. 5. Knowledge of the glazing industry an advantage. 6. Good time management skills. 7. Fast learner. 8. Be calm under pressure. 9. Good communication skills both written and oral. 10. Great attention to detail. 11. Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office suite. 12. Current Drivers license
