Collaborate with site supervisors and assist the team on the ground * Competitive Pay * Ongoing Work * Immediate Start Class 5 Heavy Truck Driver - Civil Construction Jobs in Wellington Class 5 Heavy Truck Driver - Civil Construction Drainage & Earthworks | Wellington Region We're looking for a reliable Class 5 Heavy Truck Driver to join our civil construction team. You'll be working across drainage and earthworks projects, responsible for transporting materials and supporting day-to-day site operations. Key Responsibilities * Operate Class 5 trucks (tipper, truck & trailer, etc.) safely and efficiently * Cart materials to and from sites, including: * Soil, spoil, metal, and aggregates * Drainage materials (pipes, fittings, etc.) * Load and unload trucks (machine loading and manual handling where required) * Carry out pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance * Coordinate with site supervisors to meet delivery timeframes * Assist on the ground when required - not afraid to get out of the truck and help the team.
