Work in a beautiful, resort-style village with a supportive team **What's the job?** In this exciting Fixed term opportunity as Resident Services Manager at Malvina MajorRetirement Village in Khandallah, Wellington, you will: - Lead the effective delivery of the Village service functions which includes our kitchen, housekeeping, gardening, maintenance, laundry and administration teams - Have oversight for all risk management and health and safety related processes for the village - Human Resource tasks within the village including inductions, recruitment, training, performance reviews and payroll assistance - Providing leadership at the Village in the absence of the Village Manager This is a Part time, Fixed term role working Tuesday to Saturday 0800am to 1630pm from 1 April 2026 to 8 Feb 2027.
