They are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Retail Supervisor to join their team and oversee day-to-day retail operations. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow * Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service * Manage staff rostering to ensure proper shift coverage and efficiency * Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure food safety standards * Drive sales performance and assist in achieving store targets Days & Hours Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on client needs. Work hours may range between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
