It is an opportunity for personal growth and development. **About the role: ** * Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and resolve in a timely manner * Perform and document all maintenance * Apply strong technical knowledge and collaborate with team members * Be on the tools and undertake day-to day maintenance and inspections * Opportunity to upskill, train and receive quality training **This role would suit somebody, who:** * Has proven experience operating production machinery in an industrial environment * Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability * Is confident using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments * Has experience with routine maintenance, inspections, and equipment upkeep * Has exposure to automated machinery or production line environments * Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality * Is safety-focused and follows workplace health and safety procedures * Is physically capable of hands-on work in a fast-paced environment * Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, upskill, and grow * Could suit people with overseas qualifications not NZQA recognised, in NZ (valid work visa required) Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and must have a clean criminal history.
