The Role As a Hydro Excavation Operator, you’ll be out on site every day operating high-pressure water and vacuum systems to safely expose underground services and protect critical infrastructure. This is physical, fast-paced work where no two days are the same. You’ll be outdoors, working as part of a reliable crew that gets on with the job, looks out for each other, and takes pride in doing things right. No hydro experience is needed. If you’ve got the right attitude and a Class 2 licence, we’ll provide full training and support to get you up to speed.
