Work independently in early mornings We’re looking for an organised and reliable person with a kitchen or chef background to run our sandwich prep each morning. The role starts at 5:30am and involves preparing our daily sandwich range ready for the morning delivery run to our cafés. You’ll be responsible for running the sandwich prep kitchen, including: * Making our fresh sandwich range each morning * Prepping ingredients and recipes for the following day * Making sauces and fillings * Slicing deli meats * Cooking vegetables, bacon and eggs * Ordering ingredients for the sandwich kitchen * Keeping the kitchen clean and organised * Communicating with the wider team about stock and menu changes You’ll need to be well organised, manage your time well, and be comfortable working independently in the early mornings. A kitchen or chef background is strongly preferred. There’s also the opportunity to contribute ideas and help develop new sandwich flavours. Based in Wellington city.
