About the opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on Test Engineer who’s passionate about making products perform at their best. About you Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer who’s passionate about quality, innovation, and solving problems? Join us and put your hands-on technical expertise and collaborative spirit to work, driving product verification and continuous improvement in a role where you’ll truly flourish! What you’ll bring to the team: * A tertiary qualification in software or hardware engineering (or a related field). * 3+ years’ experience in a technical role, with a strong background in product testing, verification, and process management. * Hands-on skills in programming languages like Python or LabView; experience with frameworks such as TestStand, Zephyr, Robot, or Selenium is a bonus. * Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for resolving issues and getting to the root cause quickly. * Excellent communication skills to report defects clearly and work collaboratively across teams. * A safety-first mindset, always prioritizing risk awareness and safe practices. * Experience with quality processes, NPI, and development, plus knowledge of compliance standards (UL, CE, RCM, RoHS). * Adaptability and learning agility, ready to embrace new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment. * A team player who takes initiative, values collaboration, and is driven to deliver results. * A strong electrical aptitude and knowledge of power conversion systems will set you apart, and membership in a relevant professional body (like IEEE) is a definite plus.
