In every aspect of our work, we are committed to helping whānau be the best they can be. **He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role:** In this role, you’ll walk alongside Tangata Whaiora (18-25 years) as they build confidence, develop life skills, strengthen community connections, and take meaningful steps toward independence. Your presence, consistency and encouragement will help create safety, stability and hope. Working collaboratively with our clinical team, you’ll help ensure Tangata Whaiora are supported to thrive, not just today, but into the future. This role is Full time and includes sleepover shifts and weekends. What you'll be doing: - Building genuine, respectful relationships with Tangata Whaiora and their whānau Supporting day-to-day activities aligned to individual goals, safety and risk plans - Encouraging and supporting Tangata Whaiora to identify and achieve meaningful goals - Contributing ideas and insights in team hui Ensuring documentation is completed with care and professionalism. **He kōrero mōu | About You:** You are positive, grounded and adaptable. You stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. Most importantly, you hold a deep belief in people’s ability to grow and create change. You build strong professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries. You bring cultural awareness, compassion and a genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally safe practice. Ideally you will bring: - Experience in a similar support role A Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Mental Health and Addiction - A current First Aid Certificate including CPR (or willingness to obtain) - A Full New Zealand Driver Licence - Eligibility to work in Aotearoa New Zealand **Ko Tā Mātou Mahi | We Offer** Join us to experience a work environment where values are not just words on a page.
