Alden is a privately owned specialist aged care provider delivering rest home, hospital, and dementia-level care across 20 residential facilities throughout New Zealand. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at Alden Rose Lodge in Somerfield, Christchurch in a permanent part-time role 20 hours a week between Monday to Friday. About the Role As a Cleaner at Alden, you'll play an important role in ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff. You will: - Maintain high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms and shared areas - Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals according to guidelines - Manage waste and ensure hygiene standards are maintained - Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs - Work closely with the team to ensure a welcoming environment for residents - Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times About You We are looking for someone dependable, respectful, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
