What You’ll Do: * Lead the kitchen by inspiring and managing a dedicated team, fostering a positive and creative work environment. * Bring your expertise to the forefront and develop mouthwatering creations. * Design and execute seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and unique flavors. * Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. * Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control while ensuring smooth kitchen operations. * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standard What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Head Chef, with pizza experience highly preferred. * Strong leadership skills with a knack for team development and motivation. * Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. * Creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to exceeding culinary standards. * Proficient in kitchen management software and MS Office. * Engaging personality with a connection to the local community.
