Shed 5 require the services of a talented and enthusiastic Pastry chef. I require a chef with a strong personality, high integrity and excellent culinary skills. You must come with an open mind, a desire to learn, a strong work ethic and an attitude to achieve high standards. You will work under our current Head Pastry Chef and assist her in our Pastry section. This position will suit a chef with a passion for food and love for the hospitality industry. A Chef who wants to work in a great kitchen and be directly involved with the running and direction of an iconic Wellington restaurant. I am looking for a chef who has worked their way up from Commis, and has a particular focus and passion in the PASTRY SECTION. Hopefully with a few years of experience in some good quality kitchens and is now looking to take another giant leap forward in a big kitchen, with 5 -7 other staff cranking over 100 covers per service.
