Shutter count is 142000 which is less than half the rated number of exposures for this camera. Cosmetically it's pretty good although the rubber is starting to lift on the CF card door. Replacement rubber is available online. Comes with strap, manual, double charger, 4 replacement batteries, box with associated cables and documentation, body cap. Originally purchased from Wellington Photographic Supplies. One owner since new.
