Opportunity to contribute to personal projects of the company owner. Looking for Qualified Carpenter, or Experienced Apprentice Carpenter. That lives in Wellington and is keen to work on building projects around Wellington. The minimum requirements for this role : - You have 4 years of experience building in New Zealand, preferably Wellington - You have experience in Residential Construction - You have a full set of hand tools, and some power tools - You have experience with labouring and have no issue with labouring as and when required - You have your full license, and are competent with driving a small truck - The variety of work is interesting to you and happy to be apart of whatever the project is at hand. Building projects we undertake may vary, but generally consist of: -House Renovations -Residential New Builds -Commercial Alterations & Builds -Seismic Upgrades -Commercial Maintenance -Office fitouts -Townhouse Developments Alot of building work is generated from the owner of the company, as he has his own personal projects to complete around client work.
