This hybrid role mixes practical building knowledge with content creation. Someone sharp on the tools but even better behind the scenes. Someone with charisma and confidence, but just as happy to take direction. You’ll work alongside Josh (NZ//Builder + Your Place Builders) to turn technical stuff into everyday language, support both our media and construction projects, and step in as #2 when needed — whether that’s on site, writing scripts, wrangling spreadsheets, or featuring in videos.
