These hands-on roles suit people who are comfortable working structured processes, maintaining high hygiene standards and committing to varied shift lengths, including longer shifts when required. What You'll Be Doing Production Line Duties * Working on food production lines to meet daily targets * Packing, labelling and checking finished products * Monitoring product quality and identifying faults * Following production schedules and line instructions * Maintaining accuracy while keeping pace with the line Food Safety & Compliance * Following strict food safety, hygiene and GMP standards * Wearing correct PPE and hair/beard restraints at all times * Maintaining clean and hygienic work areas * Reporting quality or contamination issues immediately General Duties * Assisting with line changeovers and cleaning * Manual handling of product and packaging materials * Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines * Following supervisor instructions and site procedures What We're Looking For * Proven food manufacturing experience (essential) * Ability to work varied shift lengths, including longer shifts up to 12 hours * Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods * Strong attention to detail and consistency * Reliable, punctual and safety focused * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen * Updated CV What's on Offer * Casual, temporary line production work * Competitive pay rates (experience dependent) * Consistent hours during peak periods * Ongoing opportunities for reliable workers * Straightforward support from the EQUIP Recruitment team If you've got food manufacturing experience and are comfortable with flexible shift lengths, we want to hear from you!
