We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team, delivering high-quality commercial HVAC mechanical installation works across a range of projects. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry and company standards. What You'll Do * Carry out HVAC mechanical installation works to commercial and industry standards * Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation * Liaise with Project Managers, Supervisors, and site teams to meet project deadlines * Ensure all work complies with NZ Standards, legislative requirements, and company guidelines * Champion health & safety and always maintain a safe working environment * Ensure the provision and maintenance of a high level of service to customers What We're Looking For * NZ Qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration and/or Electrical (or equivalent) * Limited Electrical Licence (EST A & B) or equivalent * Minimum 3 years' post-trade experience * Experience installing and maintaining HVAC & mechanical plant systems * Strong time management and the ability to work unsupervised * A valid, unrestricted NZ Driver Licence * Demonstrated experience in relevant trade area required: * Installation and maintenance of HVAC & Mechanical Plant Commercial installation and maintenance * Experience with building services specialising in mechanical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and using hand or power equipment * Experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests * Experience working within Health and Safety guidelines What's in it for you? * Career development: working with a talented team & access to training resources * Wellness benefits including health checks, flu jabs, EAP, and life & critical illness insurance. * Paid day off for your birthday and access to a range of corporate discounts. * A stable, well-respected company making a real difference in the industry.
