Truck driver class 4 and 5: You will: * Operate truck class 4 and 5 * Transport machines * Transporting materials and other construction materials * You will support civil orks such as chip sealing, asphalt prep, drainage and general earthworks. * Daily vehicle checks, cleaning and basic maintenance * Assisting on job sites with tasks as required * Follow company policies and H&S procedures. Tar spray operator: You will: • - Operate a bitumen sprayer safely and efficiently • - Carry out 1–2 coat chip-seal operations • - Work closely with the team on road construction, seal prep, traffic management, and site safety, drainage and general labouring. • - Maintain plant and equipment to a high standard • - Follow company procedures • A great attitude and able to work well within a team • - Operate small plant (rollers, plate compactors, saws, etc.) • - Help with site prep, spreading, raking, and clean-up • - Support machine operators and follow instructions on site You need: • - Experience with sealing work or sprayer operation preferred • - Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team • - Good communication and reliability • - Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing • Training is provided for the right candidate • - A great attitude and willingness to learn • - Class 1 license, Class 2 is helpful. • - Physically fit and able to work outdoors • - Reliable, punctual and a team player • NZ resident or visa What We Offer • - Good pay based on experience • - Opportunity to grow within the company • - Supportive team environment • - Local work around WBOP • - Training and upskilling provided (TM, Class licences, machinery)
