The work is physical and process-driven, involving manual handling, quality checks, and adherence to established safety and production standards. Key Details: * Location: Glenfield, Auckland * Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm (possible Fri/Sat work during peak periods) * Pay Rate: $29.40 per hour Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment (manual, automatic, and semi-automatic). * Follow all safety, quality, and production protocols. * Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and housekeeping tasks. * Lift and handle materials up to 25kg safely. * Work collaboratively with a small, experienced team to meet production targets. * Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. About You You're dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. You take pride in your work, show initiative, and can adapt to a variety of production tasks. Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation * Mechanically minded, with a focus on quality and safety. * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. * Reliable, punctual, and a team player. * Strong communication and willingness to follow structured processes.
