




Full time - Fixed Term HR Advisor This is a hands-on position where you’ll manage the full HR function, from recruitment and employee relations to policies, compliance, and engagement initiatives. You’ll be the key point of contact for all HR matters, with access to legal support for complex issues and a thorough handover to set you up for success. What you’ll do: - Be the go-to HR contact across the business - Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle - Provide advice on HR matters and employment law - Lead employee relations processes - Keep HR policies, procedures, and records up to date - Support culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives What you’ll bring: - Proven HR generalist experience (standalone/sole-charge ideal) - Strong knowledge of NZ employment law - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Professionalism, discretion, and confidence working independently
