They pride themselves on quality, precision, and durability - and are looking for a skilled Formwork Carpenter to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities As a Formwork Carpenter, your main responsibilities will include: * Interpreting and following technical drawings and production specifications * Measuring, cutting, and assembling formwork using timber, plywood, steel, or plastic materials * Setting up, securing, and bracing formwork and moulds for pontoon construction * Assisting with reinforcement placement, inserts, and fittings before pours * Pouring, spreading, compacting, levelling, and finishing concrete * Stripping, cleaning, and preparing formwork for reuse * Carrying out general carpentry tasks and light factory duties as required * Maintaining tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition * Adhering to all health and safety requirements on site To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least three years of relevant work experience in the construction industry * Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent (preferred) * Experience in formwork carpentry, concrete work, or precast manufacturing * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Experience with hand tools, power tools, and formwork systems * Knowledge of concrete handling, finishing, and curing processes * Physically fit, with the ability to meet the demands of factory and construction work * Full NZ driver licence (heavy vehicle licence an advantage) * Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test * Must have a clean police record with no charges pending If you are a motivated and skilled Formwork Carpenter ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
