We’re recruiting a motivated Project Engineer to join a high-performing civil team delivering major wastewater and civil infrastructure projects across Auckland and the Waikato. This is a site-based role suited to someone who is technically strong, organized, and ready to step up in a growing business with a great culture. What’s in it for you: * $110–$120K salary + bonus * Full-use company vehicle * Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm * Work on significant Tier 1–2 projects * Young, supportive, and energetic team environment * Career development, mentoring, and exposure to complex water/wastewater projects The Role: * You’ll support the Project Manager in the day-to-day delivery of key infrastructure projects.  * Responsibilities include: * Overseeing site operations and supporting the Site Supervisor * Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and daily site activities * Monitoring progress, scheduling, and ensuring delivery milestones are met * Managing quality assurance, reporting, and project documentation * Using MS Office and Procore for project systems and controls * Ensuring site safety and compliance standards are upheld * Contributing to continuous improvement and on-site problem solving About You: * Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related field * Experience in civil construction (Tier 1–2 exposure preferred) * Ideally experienced in water/wastewater or complex infrastructure * Confident using MS Office, Procore, or similar project systems * Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn * Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills * Enjoys a hands-on, site-based role and working with a collaborative team If you’re looking for a role with autonomy, progression, and the opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure projects, APPLY NOW!
