




The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial construction projects across the Manawat? region. This pivotal role carries full responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard of quality. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities * Oversee project setup, planning, sequencing, and team coordination * Implement and maintain project documentation, systems, and processes * Drive programme management to achieve key milestones and deadlines * Monitor project financials alongside the Quantity Surveying team * Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing site and project team * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors What We're Looking For You're a confident, solutions-focused leader who thrives on bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex builds. Equally comfortable on-site or in meetings, you take a proactive approach and maintain a sharp eye for detail. * 5+ years' experience managing NZ commercial construction projects end-to-end * Strong coordination and time-management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Solid understanding of NZ construction methodology, materials, regulations, and H&S * Hands-on leadership style with a focus on delivery, quality, and safety * Must currently be located in NZ with proven NZ construction experience Why Work for Our Client?
