Me and my giant, cuddly fluffball of a cat are looking for a chilled, respectful flatmate to share our cosy beach home in Papamoa. It’s a sunny 3-bedroom home with 1 bathroom and a great outdoor space. I use the third bedroom as my office/second lounge, and the main living area is the shared lounge. Your room: a good-sized fully furnished room with a built-in wardrobe. I prefer to keep it furnished, and I can provide bedding if needed... perfect for someone wanting to move in easily without buying or shifting much. There’s one off-street park for you too. If you love the beach and the outdoors, this place is ideal. We have private beach access right off the driveway... just a 2-minute walk to the Papamoa shoreline. You’d be living with just me (37, female) and Luca, my very affectionate cat. I work full-time, live a healthy, active lifestyle, value my own space, and keep the home clean, tidy, and calm.
