EcoPond is a promising emissions reduction technology developed over the past 7 years that has recently been commercialised and is undergoing a rapid growth phase. The business is effectively a startup, with a small and dynamic team focused on getting to the start line, then building the business nationwide. There will be a "get stuck in" approach to help support the business achieving our goals. **About the role:** We are looking for Casual Field Team Crew member in Winton to start immediately to support our Driver Operators. There is an opportunity for fixed term full time work as business needs increase. The purpose of this role is to provide practical support to the Ecopond Driver Operator by assisting with equipment setup, manual tasks, and general onsite activities. While not directly handling hazardous materials, the role requires awareness of farm environments and adherence to health and safety requirements. By supporting day-to-day operations, this position helps ensure the efficient and safe delivery of the Ecopond service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with setup and pack-down of equipment at farm sites - Support hose and pump operations during pond servicing - Carry out manual tasks such as lifting, moving gear, and cleaning - Maintain a tidy and safe work environment - Follow instructions from the Driver Operator and team leaders - Comply with all health and safety procedures, including those related to dangerous goods transported on the truck - Wear appropriate PPE at all times - Be aware of and manage farm-specific hazards such as livestock, uneven terrain, and biosecurity protocols - Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately - Participate in safety briefings and training as required **About You:** - Physically fit and able to perform manual labour - Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions - Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions - Willing to work around hazardous materials (with training) - Understanding of basic health and safety practice - Previous experience in a support or labouring role **How to Apply:** **Click on the 'Apply' button to create a profile and submit your CV and cover letter.**   **Applications will be reviewed as they are submitted.** *EcoPond is committed to a drug and alcohol free workplace.
