




About the role You'll play a key part in keeping our work programmes moving, supporting planning, scheduling, coordination and administrative tasks across multiple delivery units. Working closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors and our Vegetation team, you'll help ensure safe, efficient and well-organised service delivery for our customers and communities. This role can be based at either our Palmerston North or Masterton depot and will require weekly travel between both locations to support our delivery teams. Role Responsibilities Plan and schedule work programmes, coordinating field crews, equipment, subcontractors and traffic management requirements. -Compile landowner information, manage notifications and maintain accuracy across operational systems. -Integrate leave, training and utilisation requirements into schedules to support efficient delivery. -Identify scheduling gaps and work with operational teams to resolve resource or utilisation issues. -Provide administration support, including fleet compliance, equipment testing documentation and cover for other Support roles as needed. -Uphold strong safety, quality and compliance standards, with the authority to stop unsafe work. Experience -Strong experience in administration, coordination, planning or scheduling roles. -Excellent computer skills, attention to detail and confidence using multiple systems. -Clear communication skills, with the ability to work well with field teams and stakeholders. -A proactive, organised approach, with strong task-prioritisation skills. -Knowledge of the electrical distribution industry is an advantage but not essential. -Intermediate Excel skills are preferred, along with confidence using multiple operational systems.
