




About the Role As Cellar Manager, you'll support the Chief Winemaker in overseeing all day-to-day cellar activities, ensuring a seamless flow from fruit to bottle. You'll lead, train, and motivate a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and champion a safe, positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities * Manage all cellar operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. * Lead, train, and motivate cellar staff, including recruitment and induction of vintage staff. * Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety, and environmental standards. * Collaborate with the winemaking and engineering teams to maintain equipment and improve processes. * Maintain high standards of winery cleanliness and hygiene. * Foster a high-performing, engaged team culture. * Oversee inventory, dry goods, and resource planning. * Support ongoing development of winery processes and participate in audits. About You * At least 5 years' winery experience, including previous supervisory roles. * Fully competent in all winery operations. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities. * Commitment to health, safety, and sustainability. * Wine-related or production qualifications are an advantage.
