We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a very well-known manufacturing company based in Avondale. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable and established business.
This role is suited to someone confident operating machinery in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
* Maintain consistent output and quality standards
* Troubleshoot faults and carry out minor adjustments
* Support general production and manual handling tasks
* Follow all health & safety procedures
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Physically fit and able to handle manual, repetitive tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to early morning starts
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
Requirements:
* Must have legal right to work in New Zealand
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
* Full Class 1 licence and reliable transport preferred
Highly regarded:
* Experience in heavy manufacturing or production environments
