You'll operate high-speed machinery, handle finished goods, and help keep production running smoothly - all while getting paid to stay fit and active. Perks of the job: * Permanent opportunities for reliable, high-performing team members * Time and a half after 8 hours + extra shifts available * All PPE provided and paid weekly What You'll Be Doing * Operate and monitor machinery to maintain consistent quality and output * Pack, stack, and shift finished cardboard products safely and efficiently * Support your crew by communicating and problem-solving to meet daily targets * Follow strict safety and quality standards to keep production on track What You'll Bring * Proven factory or production experience - ideally in a fast-paced, physical setting * Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining quality standards * Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20kg+) * Reliable, safety-conscious, and keen to learn new machinery or processes * Able to pass a Ministry of Justice and drug screening Hours and Shifts: Monday to Friday Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Afternoon shift: 2:20 PM - 10:20 PM Overtime available after training, including weekends and extended weekday hours About the Company Our client is a global leader in sustainable cardboard packaging with nearly 150 years of innovation and growth.
