* $35 - $42p/h + Company Vehicle + 45 hours per Week * Leadership Role + Work Across The Wider Wellington Region * Min 3+ Years Foreman Exp + Class 1 & 2 License The Role My client is currently seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman join their growing team in the Wellington region. In this role, you'll work across a variety of disciplines, including Earthworks, Civil, Site Works, Utilities and Three Waters. The successful candidate will be required to supervise and coordinate the drainage crew's work, including task allocation, progress monitoring and ensuring health & safety compliance. Key Skills & Experience: * 5+ years experience in Civil drainage * Strong knowledge of drainage systems * Strong leadership ability and able to motivate a crew * Health & safety focused, good written and verbal communication * Competent in reading and interpreting plans and designs * Full driver's licence with WTR (Class 2 is an advantage) What's in it for you: * $38 - $42pr/h (Experience dependent) + Company Vehicle * Guaranteed full-time work with job security * 45 hours minimum per week Monday - Friday (Saturdays when required) * Immediate start available Note: Applicants must have full NZ working rights and be located in New Zealand to be considered for this role.
