As part of this expansion, the company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role will play a key part in supporting accurate cost management and financial oversight across multiple projects and locations. You'll take pride in your strong interpersonal skills and your ability to build effective relationships across all levels - from site teams to senior management. We're seeking a high-performing individual with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of successfully managing deadlines and budgets. In this role, you'll be responsible for cost control across current projects, including the setup of cost reports, estimates, and tracking uncommitted costs. You'll need to confidently interpret construction drawings and tender documents, obtain and assess subcontractor quotes, and review inclusions, exclusions, and contract conditions. A solid understanding of industry-relevant software and digital tools is essential for success in this position.
