A bit about the role… We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Customer Service Superstar to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service by using your product knowledge to answer queries and support purchasing decisions * Communicating professionally with both customers and team members * Thinking on your feet and offer innovative, customer-focused solutions * Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently * Assisting with returns, complaints, and general account queries The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to work at a fast pace. In addition, we are ideally seeking someone who: * Has a strong work ethic, * Is passionate about creating a positive customer experience, * Has a positive can do attitude, * Able to use your initiative,  * Take ownership of tasks, and; * Is dependable, reliable and flexible. You will need a good level of physical fitness, as you will be on your feet during the day. This role is a full-time position, rostered Tuesday - Saturday.
