




Join a global leader in washroom and managed service solutions. We're seeking a customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to lead our Washroom Management Program across Auckland. What We Offer * Approximately $100k salary package, including company vehicle with limited personal use * 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Mon-Fri — early start, early finish * Career advancement within a global company * Ongoing training, mentoring, and support for personal and professional growth Duties & Responsibilities * Lead a team of 18 washroom service staff across Northcote, CBD, and Manukau * Ensure services are delivered on time, in full, and to standard * Complete regular Quality Assurance audits and maintain compliance * Manage staff rosters, leave cover, overtime, and weekly timesheet accuracy * Control costs, hours, and gross profit targets * Manage reactive work orders and ensure timely completion * Oversee staff training, certification, and refreshers * Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and run weekly team meetings * Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports * Manage stock and equipment to ensure service continuity * Cultivate and maintain a positive team culture Requirements * 3+ years of people management experience * Strong customer service and administration skills * Proven leadership and team-building ability * A continuous improvement mindset and confident decision-making * Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening * Legal entitlement to work in NZ If you're a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
