Roofer / Waterproofer – Join The Waterproofer & Roofproofer Team (Auckland) Full-time | Immediate Start We’re looking for a solid roofing hand who’s confident on tools and keen to grow, a big plus someone who’s sharp with flashings and detail work. Our jobs range from leak detection and remedial roof repairs through to membrane installs, detailing, coating systems, and general waterproofing across residential and light commercial sites. What the role involves: Roof repairs, flashing work, leak tracing and sealing Waterproofing membranes (torch-on, liquid systems, TPO detailing) Prep, coating and remedial work Helping complete quotes and photo sets on site when needed Working safely and tidily, representing the company well We’re after someone who: Has roofing or waterproofing experience (even 1–2 years is fine) Is practical, reliable, and good with hands-on problem solving Can work off ladders and scaff, comfortable with heights Has a full licence Shows pride in getting details right — especially flashings What we offer: Fair pay based on experience Steady workflow year-round Support to grow your skills across roofing + waterproofing Small crew, no drama, good jobs, and honest communication If you’re a flashing wiz, a decent all-round roof hand, or someone who wants to step up in the trade, we’d like to hear from you.
