As a Retort Operator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the Retort process is operated according to the established process controls. We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Pouch Pack seasonal operation. The role is fixed term for 6 months and requires extended hours of work and may require weekend work. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and the monitoring of the retorts to ensure the smooth and efficient production of sweetcorn and beetroot pouches. In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to achieve daily production and quality targets for corn and beetroot production.
