Role 1: Monday, 7.00am - 3.30pm & Sunday 8.00am - 4.30pm (16 hours per week) Role 2: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 3.30pm - 6.00pm & Sunday 9.30am - 6.00pm (15.5 hours per week) Role 3: Thursday & Friday 3.30pm - 6.00pm & Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm (13 hours per week) What you can expect to do in this role: * Working with a 'One Team' approach * Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which includes everyone from local tradies to the keen DIYers! * Process customer orders through the tills * General Housekeeping of the Trade Department * Learning product knowledge to ensure that our customers receive the best experience * At times, helping to load and unload customers trailers and Utes with their trade purchases What we need from you: * A genuine passion for customer service * A drive to succeed and strive for excellence * Accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team with an 'honest & fair' mindset * The ability to carry out the manual handling requirements of the role - Heavy lifting is part of this role!
