Stonefields, 5 bedrooms

Hello, we have a sunny queen-sized room available in a modern five-bedroom 2.5-bathroom home in the heart of Stonefields. The main bathroom upstairs is shared with one tidy female flatmate, and there's also a separate toilet downstairs. The couple utilise the ensuite. Typically, there are only 4 of us in the house (including you). Still, our two boys are home from Otago Uni during the holiday periods... with five bedrooms, the house is large enough for everyone during this time, the boys are easy-going and considerate, and we encourage them to use our ensuite, keeping the main bathroom free. The room: Queen-size, sunny bedroom available with a double wardrobe and a relatively new, very comfortable queen-size bed. Linen and a dresser are provided (we can look at providing a desk and chair), or you are welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture, etc. There's a second lounge available if you need a quiet area or more space to relax. The double garage is carpeted and used as extra living space, storage, and laundry. We are a 5-minute walk from a bakery, café, pub, nail salon, restaurant, gym and yoga studio at Stonefields shopping centre. We're a married couple (head tenants; we have been here for 3 years) and another female, all working full-time. Now and then, we enjoy drinks and dinner together, but we mainly do our own thing as we work different hours. If you're interested, please email us with some information about yourself.
