Come join us in our sunny, modern flat tucked away in the Brooklyn Terraces! The place is fully insulated and double glazed, living areas fully furnished (including washer + dryer). Located a short walk from Brooklyn village / the Penthouse, with a bus stop right outside the driveway that has a direct rush hour service to and from the city. It’s also close to a mini golf course, trails and the beach! We have one double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe available from 30 January 2026. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, and a set of drawers! You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other flatmate. Rent is $240 per week + $25 expenses Current flatmates are two easy going working yo pros (27F, 35M) who are always up for some banter or silly movies but also respect each other’s quiet time when needed! We love to bake, and enjoy sports and the outdoors when we can. The open plan living-dining-kitchen downstairs gets full day sun (especially in winter) perfect for midday weekend couch naps in the sun!
