**About the Role** As the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership to a multidisciplinary care team. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining care standards, staff development, and quality systems, ensuring residents receive compassionate and consistent care.
