Summary: Process Operators are sought for hands-on roles focused on efficiently running production in a Cream Products Plant, maintaining high quality and safety standards. Highlights: 1. Operate packing and process equipment in an efficient, safe and hygienic manner 2. Maintain high standards in the plant and associated workstations 3. Ensure final product quality standards are maintained We are seeking Process Operators to fill permanent roles within our Cream Products Plant. Our Process Operators are hands-on, with their primary focus being to run the production area efficiently maintaining high quality and safety standards. These positions work on a rotating 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts. Working two days (5am – 5pm), two nights (5pm – 5am) then four days off. Responsibilities include: * Operate packing and process equipment in an efficient, safe and hygienic manner * Adherence to work instructions, procedures and specifications as documented in the appropriate manuals * Maintain high standards in the plant and associated workstations * Ensure final product quality standards are maintained.   The successful candidate will need the following attributes: * Positive attitude, ability to perform under pressure & make a positive contribution within a team * Proven problem-solving skills * Physically fit – Able to lift up to 20kg * Attention to detail * Excellent organisational and record keeping skills * Mechanical/practical skills and perspective * Computer skills   Ideal candidates will have some previous experience operating a Food/Dairy production plant, however this is not a minimum requirement.
