No qualifications or prior experience are required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure all Kaiāwhina I Support Workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need. Whakangungu l Training Paid training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two – four weeks of employment and is a mixture of practical training, online self-directed learning, and working with a buddy trainer. About the job: We’re looking for an experienced Water Technician to join our team in Timaru. The role involves actively maintaining water reticulation networks on a reactive or scheduled basis to contract specifications. This may include: Installation of new water main pipes and connections. Repair leaking water mains, meter connections, service pipes, and irrigation systems. Flushing, digging trenches and servicing valves and hydrants. Come and join our busy team here in Timaru!
