Training, development, and promotional opportunities As a Forklift Operator / Customer Service Representative in the Timber yard at CARTERS Whangamata , your role will be shared between providing exceptional customer service to our building trade customers in our timber yard and the trade counter in our show room. * Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble, and load customer orders. * Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences. * Load and unload delivery vans and trucks. * Sustain inventory levels and ensure seamless stock replenishment. * Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping. About you You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills, qualities, and certifications. * A valid FULL NZ Driver's License is Essential * Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certificate is essential. * Someone who values teamwork and approaches tasks with a positive mindset. * Entry-level computer skills * Physically fit * Building industry knowledge is beneficial.
