Engage in uplift & delivery of bulk LPG with a focus on safety **Job Description** **About the role:** We are currently looking for a Class 5 Driver to join our team in Hautapu. On offer is a permanent full-time role to load/deliver bulk LPG in the north island. If you have a great work ethic and want to be part of a strong connected team, it might be time to give your career the Alexander Advantage. - We currently have 2 shifts available 1 x Day shift and 1 x night shift - 2.00 am to 2.00 pm - Monday - Friday - 2.00 pm to 2.00 am - Sunday - Thursday - Loading bulk LPG tankers - Uplift & Delivery of bulk LPG to customer sites - Provide strong customer service to all customers - Maintaining truck/trailer and equipment, - Compliance with Health & Safety requirements **For this role, you will:** - Have proven Class5 driving experience preferably within a dangerous goods environment in NZ. - Preferably have experience driving liquid loads. - Have a clean driver’s license - Be physically fit and willing to do manual work - Be flexible, adaptable, and have a strong work ethic - Have a safety-first mindset and the ability to identify and minimise risks - Have a Dangerous Goods certificate, but is not essential as we can offer training **Pay + Benefits:** What we offer: - Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly - Performance based bonuses - Fully paid medical insurance for yourself - Guaranteed hours of work - Training and upskilling opportunities **About the Company:** We’re Alexander Group, a well-established New Zealand family-owned specialist transportation and distribution solutions for hazardous and high value goods.
