We currently have two full time roles in our P&O Admin team one permanent and one fixed term 18 months.
As our Projects & Operations Administrator, you’ll sit at the heart of our organisation — helping keep our people, processes, and projects moving in the right direction.
You’ll support a broad range of activities including procurement, invoicing, logistics, documentation, reporting, and ensuring financial accuracy. You’ll also be a key connector, helping our teams navigate systems and processes so everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly.
Our Administration Services team is evolving into a centralised service offering for the whole organisation, so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys learning new things, adapting quickly, and diving into a bit of everything.
