We now have an opportunity for an NZ REGISTERED DRAINLAYER who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a solid crew. ABOUT THE JOB As a Registered Drainlayer, you’ll be responsible for carrying out drainage works efficiently and to a high standard. This includes residential and commercial work, new installations, maintenance, and problem-solving on site. You’ll have strong support from our internal team, including Operations and Estimating, to help you succeed in the role. ABOUT YOU Registered Drainlayer with a current practising licence (PGDB) (We are also looking for Plumbers) Experienced across a range of drainage works (residential and commercial) Able to carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance Confident working unsupervised and delivering high-quality workmanship Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and relationship-building skills Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work Full, clean driver’s licence Customer-focused with a professional attitude Team player who shows initiative and is solution-focused WHAT WE OFFER Excellent pay rates (based on experience) NO ON-CALL WORK Overtime rates Tool allowance (on top of hourly rate) Full-time, permanent position Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities Company contribution to licence renewals Full uniform and PPE Company vehicle, phone, and tablet Paid day off for your birthday Monthly BBQ breakfasts and team events If you’re ready for a change and want to be part of a team that actually values its people, we’d love to hear from you.
