Join our Nelson-based team for ongoing roles with several of our trusted civil and construction clients. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a crew, and keeping worksites safe, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door — with full training provided and access to well-known companies across the region. What we're looking for: * Keen interest in starting a career in traffic control (no experience needed - we'll train you and our clients will provide valuable on site training!) * Restricted or Full NZ Driver Licence and reliable transport to get to sites is a MUST * Willingness to work rostered shifts (some weekends and early starts) * Able to pass a pre-employment drug test * Clean or acceptable Ministry of Justice (criminal) check * Reliable, safety-focused, and good communicator What's on offer: * Full training and PPE * Opportunities to upskill and grow within the industry * Ongoing work and potential for permanent positions * Variety of sites across Wellington and the Hutt Valley * Supportive team environment — plus the occasional lunch shout!
