This role focuses on keeping our equipment clean serviced and ready for operation. You’ll be working alongside experienced mechanics at our new Refurbishment workshop based in Tauriko. **Location:** Tauriko **Status:** Casual basis as and when required **Specific Responsibilities:** *Cleaning greasing lubricating and carrying out basic maintenance on machinery and attachments *Assisting mechanics and engineers undertaking machinery rebuilds *Assisting the workshop team to keep equipment safe compliant and operational **Who we're after:** *Minimum of entry level NZ Certification in Automotive Engineering. *Desire to advance through the trade and work on forklifts heavy vehicles and machinery. *Basic understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems. *Bring a positive can-do attitude to the role. **About us** Qube Ports NZ is a nationwide service provider offering a comprehensive range of cargo logistics stevedoring marshalling transportation warehousing services and IT solutions.
