Star Group is on the lookout for two enthusiastic permanent, full-time Restaurant Managers to join our team in Bay of Plenty. You'll have proven ability to lead and motivate a team while upholding high standards of service and ensuring guests satisfaction at all times. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth front of house operations, assisting with and where required overseeing staff training, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Day to day responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with health & safety and liquor licensing regulations, supporting daily operations, and stepping up to assist with leadership tasks as needed. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. The location of the roles is in Bay of Plenty and as part of the business's requirements, your roster will cover a 7-day week, including late nights and weekends. These permanent roles guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week, with an hourly wage ranging from $30.00 to $33.00.
