Work independently and as part of a supportive team About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Crushing & Screening Operator to join our quarry team. This role involves operating and maintaining crushing and screening plant equipment to produce high-quality aggregate products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with site procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate crushing and screening plant machinery Monitor plant performance and adjust settings as required Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Identify and report mechanical issues or faults Maintain accurate production records Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Assist with general quarry duties as required Skills & Experience Previous experience operating crushing and screening plant (required min 2 yrs) Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience operating loaders and/or excavators (WTR required) Understanding of quarry operations and production processes Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Full Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 advantageous) WTR endorsements required Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Ongoing training and development opportunities Stable, full-time employment Supportive team environment
