OneStaff is looking for someone sharp, confident, and hands-on to join a busy Tauranga construction team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on commercial projects, loves collaborating with a motivated team, and wants to grow their skillset - without the bureaucracy of a big corporate office. What you'll be doing: * Managing labour-only carpentry packages and small to medium projects * Pricing, tendering, and forecasting commercial work * Handling variations, progress claims, and supporting main contractors * Some crossover into residential, maintenance, or insurance projects Who we're looking for: * QS qualified (or equivalent experience) * 3-8 years' commercial construction experience * Confident with labour-only / charge-up pricing * Strong communicator and team player * Tauranga-based or willing to relocate * Full NZ working rights Why this role?You'll join a collaborative, approachable office team delivering commercial carpentry and fit-out projects.
